Сервис Asana – не просто таск-менеджер, позволяющий создавать задачи и контролировать их выполнение. Он обладает набором удобных инструментов для коммуникации сотрудников компании, организации проектов и всего рабочего процесса, формирования отчётов и отслеживания личной эффективности, а также для взаимодействия с клиентами. К сожалению, сервис недоступен на русском языке. Вам придётся использовать англоязычную версию.
Проект основан в 2008 г. Дастином Аароном Московицем (сооснователь Facebook) и Джастином Розенштейном (инженер), а запущен в 2011 г. С тех пор платформа получила массу улучшений. Изначально она позиционировалась в качестве личного пользования и для работы небольших команд. Но сегодня им успешно пользуются крупные бренды и компании: Sony Music, Givenchy, Air France, Avon, Uber, Vodafone и др.

Возможность детализации задач
Любую задачу можно спланировать максимально детально. Для этого помогут следующие элементы:
- задачи (+подзадачи)
- проекты — для объединения задач
- разделы — для дополнительной группировки задач внутри проекта
- дата и время выполнения задачи
- вложенные файлы
- система лайков
- теги — метки для задач
Как оформить нового клиента, проект и задачу в 4 шага
1. Допустим, вы получили подтверждение о начале работ с новым клиентом. Добавляем сразу в Asana новый бренд и определяем, кто будет работать с ним — вся команда или только вы.
2. Создаем разделы для документов и проектов. Добавляем документы. Правильно записываем названия проектов.
3. Оформляем описание проекта, задаем дату и ответственного проект-менеджера. Добавляем в подписчики к проекту людей, которые будут следить за проектом или участвовать в нем в какой-то момент времени.
4. Работы по проекту разделяем на задачи, правильно оформляем названия задач (как на фото выше).Сначала к каждой задаче добавляем четкое описание, затем проставляем дату и ответственное лицо. Добавляем в подписчики людей, которые будут следить за задачей или участвовать в работе над ней в какой-то момент времени.
Если задача срочная, добавляем ярлык «Срочно». Есть другие ярлыки, обозначающие названия отделов, чьи сотрудники работают над задачей. Так руководителям отделов удобно в любой момент увидеть, чем заняты их сотрудники.
Шаг 4. Создайте повторяющуюся задачу
Прелесть Asana в том, что вы можете создавать несколько задач с разными параметрами внутри каждого проекта.
Любая задача также может быть повторяющейся. Чтобы создать повторяющуюся задачу, нажмите на название вашего проекта — «Учебник Асаны» — под Команды раздел на боковой панели. Это гарантирует, что проект активен.
Под Списокнажмите Добавить задачу, Это автоматически добавит карту задач в правой части вашего рабочего пространства. Здесь вы будете заполнять свои данные.
В этом уроке я хочу сказать, что это задача для публикации искусства в Twitter.
Чтобы назначить кому-либо задачу, щелкните значок человека рядом с датой исполнения. Введите их имя. При нажатии на их имя пользователя задача назначается им.
Далее, давайте дадим эту задачу в срок. Для этого нажмите на Срок оплаты значок. Это вызывает календарь и список дат, которые вы можете выбрать.
Для этой задачи я собираюсь установить крайний срок 24 марта. Но я также хочу, чтобы эта задача повторялась один раз в день, как только я закончил ее создавать.

Вход через приложение для компьютеров
После загрузки приложения Asana для компьютеров вы сможете войти в него по своим учётным данным Asana.
Сначала откройте Asana для компьютеров, введите свой адрес электронной почты и войдите в Asana.
После этого откроется браузер для подтверждения ваших учётных данных.
И наконец, нажмите Открыть Asana, чтобы открыть приложение Asana для компьютеров.
Интеграции
Компания Asana сотрудничает с сотнями брендов по всему миру, благодаря чему возможна интеграция их сервиса с другими приложениями. Это сильно упрощает работу, поскольку для каждого проекта используется стороннее ПО (приложения по дизайну — смотрите примеры здесь, коммуникации, таблицы и т.п.). Вместо постоянного вложения разных файлов можно интегрировать проект с приложениями, которые будут часто для него использоваться и выполнять задачи внутри сервиса.
Среди популярных решений можно выделить Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, Gannt, Zendesk, Outlook, Slack. В платных версиях становятся доступными интеграции Adobe Creative Cloud, Usersnap, Microsoft Office 365 и другие. Полный список интеграций здесь.
Важно, что помимо приложений другого предназначения, Asana можно интегрировать с аналогичными инструментами управления проектами, вроде Jira или Trello. Потому команда может легко общаться и добиваться быстрого прогресса в выполнении задач, даже если они работают в разных местах.
Интеграция с другими инструментами управления проектами особенно полезна для крупных организаций, в которых априори создаются команды разного размера и направления, или которые просто предпочитают использовать разные сервисы.

Dictionary
Dictionary is a free offline English dictionary containing over 200,000 words and definitions and no ads. Dictionary is ideal for both native English speakers and English learners or people studying the English language. The dictionary definitions are stored locally, and because it’s ad-free there’s no need for a network connection. The home page contains a randomly selected word cloud which will pique your curiosity and help you improve your vocabulary, while the search box allows you to find specific words easily. As you type, Dictionary homes in on the word you are looking for. Then you can follow the links in the definition page to get more word definitions.
Wildcard characters can be used to help with word games like crosswords and scrabble where only some of the letters are known, or you have to find an anagram, or with spelling. Definitions include synonyms and antonyms which allows the dictionary to also serve as a thesaurus. The speech function helps provide the correct pronunciation.
You can see your word history and revisit definitions, or make your own list of favourite words to help build up your vocabulary. It also works well if you only have an intermittent network connection because the definitions are stored offline, locally on the device. And we managed to keep data offline without needing a massive app download. There is also a «word of the day» with our pick of the most interesting and entertaining words in the English language. Dictionary works on tablets and phones and is refreshingly free from annoying ads and paid upgrades.

You have to catch all colored stars spread across many levels. To play, link all the stars of the same color with your finger.
In each puzzle a path appears when you connect the stars of the same color. The paths must not be crossed, except if you use a bridge. With two stars (level 1) the game is easy. But, it becomes harder when the number of stars increases. The game becomes really challenging when the levels include more than 20 stars in 6 different colors.
Catch has 160 levels. The 40 first levels can be played for free. For more different levels you can buy two level packs: the Master Pack that contains 60 hard levels, and the Elite Pack that contains 60 very difficult levels.
Catch has a colorblind mode.
