Если вы уже используете сенсор Libre 2, подождите, пока срок действия сенсора закончится. Все нижеописанное будет работать только начиная с нового сенсора, который вы активируете через взломанное приложение (НЕ через ридер).
Если в данный момент вы используете официальное приложение FreeStyle LibreLink, имейте в виду, что в ходе этой процедуры оно будет переустановлено и связь с текущим сенсором потеряется. Это значит, что он перестанет передавать сигналы по Bluetooth на смартфон. Его можно будет сканировать только через NFC. Поэтому, независимо от того, используете ли вы смартфон или ридер, подождите, пока текущий сенсор закончится.

2. Установите скачанный APK-файл.
3. Запустите приложение и пройдите все этапы начальной настройки. Не запускайте сенсор!
4. Откройте левое меню — Сигналы и дайте приложению все запрошенные разрешения. Альтернативный способ (если приложение не запрашивает разрешения) — зайдите в настройки смартфона, откройте список приложений, найдите LibreLink, откройте Разрешения и включите их все (Память и Местоположение). Если вы этого не сделаете, первый запущенный сенсор не будет ничего передавать по Bluetooth!
5. Убедитесь, что у смартфона включены Bluetooth, геолокация и NFC.
6. Скачайте и установите xDrip+ отсюда (установите самую первую версию в списке). Если это приложение уже установлено, все равно установите эту версию, не удаляя предыдущую.
7. Зайдите в xDrip+ — Настройки — Источник данных — выберите Libre2 (patched App).
8. Выйдите на главный экран xDrip+, откройте левое меню — Запуск датчика — Yes, today — Отметьте текущее время — ОК.
9. Установите новый сенсор Libre 2 и запустите его через LibreLink. Через 60 минут данные с сенсора начнут передаваться в xDrip+.
10. (Дополнительно) Настройте xDrip+ по своему желанию. Вы можете передавать данные на другие смартфоны и устройства (например, на смартфоны родителей), настроить сигналы тревоги, установить целевой диапазон и т.д.
11. Так как это новая экспериментальная функция, убедительно прошу написать о том, работает ли это у вас, насколько показания отличаются от глюкометра, с какими сложностями вы столкнулись и о любых проблемах мне: Telegram, ВКонтакте.

Сергей, сппсибо за инструкцию. У меня следующая проблема: либра и сенсоры заказываются из Израиля. Прислали, что удивительно на русском языке и меню ридера тоже на русском. Но вычисления по западным стандартам. Можно ди в программе сделать так, чтобы отчеты печатались под наши измерения.

К сожалению нет. Программа — это просто «читалка», она считывает, то что у Вас зашито в ридере.
А у Вас программно сделано так, что бы измерения были в мг/дл.
Поэтому Вам придется переводить данные с ридера в ммоль/л самостоятельно.

Здравствуйте Сергей, подскажите Фристайл либр зарегистрирована в РФ, имеются какие-то сертификаты, а то мы сейчас попали с больницу и врачи нам назначили делать замер сахара через каждые три часа через их лабораторию, мы не можем им доказать что в принцепи показатели будут одинаковые и нам не хочеться лишний раз ребёнка колоть

Утешить Вас ничем не могу, так как вот уже много лет подряд на территории РФ не могут зарегистрировать фристайл либре и сертификаты соответствия в РФ то же не выдавались.
Если Вы имеете в виду одинаковые показатели данных лаборатории с фристайлом либре, то показания будут разными, либре всегда будет отставать от глюкометра или от лаборатории на 10 — 15 минут.
Сергей я скачал инструкцию, но так и не понял, как настроить время на ридере, у меня отстаёт на полдня. Помогите!
Добрый день! Огромное спасибо за вашу помощь. Я купила Либру ребенку 10 лет, СД 1тип. Сенсор от либры показывает сахар 16.2, а глюкометр либры 10,2(разница во времени 2 мин). Почему на столько разные результаты. Можно как нибудь настроить ?Заранее спасибо.

Сколько мы не пользовались либрой, она совпадала с глюкометром очень редко, поскольку у глюкометра своя погрешность, у сенсора своя. Даже в одном приборе как фристайл либре — глюкометр и сенсор, это две разные системы. Я измерял, когда то разницу либры и глюкометра контур тс, посмотреть можно в группе в контакте здесь.
И при измерениях всегда учитывайте, что цифры на экране, когда измеряете сенсором — это цифры из прошлого, то есть он показывает наш сахар, который был 10-15 минут назад. Чем хороша либра, тем она показывает, тренд изменения глюкозы. Поэтому если у Вас показания от сенсора 16,2 и стрелка вниз, то вполне возможно либра «догонит» глюкометр, поскольку значения которые дает сенсор, всегда завышены на высокий сахарах и занижены на низких.
Но разница в 6 ммоль все равно достаточно большая, возможно вы активировали сенсор, когда он еще не достаточно оброс межклеточной жидкостью, либо на неровных сахарах, об установке можно почитать здесь. У нас так же была однажды большая разница, и как раз из за того что активировали сенсор, уже после укола инсулина, когда уровень сахара начал падать.
К сожалению, при использовании ридера, откалибровать его по крови нельзя. Здесь только ждать, может показания выровняются. И проверьте разницу в показаниях на ровных сахарах, скажем утром перед уколом инсулина, возможно, она будет и не такая большая. Если разница на ровных сахарах будет большой – попробуйте, пошевелить сенсор или полить на него в душе теплой водой, возможно при установке попали в сосуд.
Так же учитывайте место установки, так как ребенку 10 лет, то он очень активный, а если к тому и худенький, то вполне возможно попали в мышцу и она «зажевала» иглу сенсора. Так бывает когда сначала показания сравнимы с глюкометром, а потом почему то, скажем после активной тренировки, начинаются погрешности.
Пробуйте, наблюдайте, показания сенсора — даже если отличаются от глюкометра, должны быть логичными, то есть если покушали уровень сахара вверх, укололи инсулин, но еще не ели вниз.
Сергей, добрый день! А есть ли какая то программа для ПК, что бы считывать информацию с ридера?
Шаг 3: Запустить сенсор¶
В xDrip+ запустите датчик с помощью “Start Sensor” и “not today”.
На самом деле это физически не запустит сенсор Libre2 и не начнет взаимодействие с ним. Это просто для того, чтобы указать xDrip+, что новый сенсор начал передавать уровень ГК. Если доступно, введите два замера крови для начальной калибровки. Теперь значения глюкозы крови должны отображаться в xDrip+ каждые 5 минут. Пропущенные значения, например из-за того, что вы были слишком далеко от вашего телефона, не будут восстановлены.
После смены сенсора xDrip+ автоматически определит новый и удалит все данные калибровки. После активации измерьте ГК и сделайте первоначальную калибровку.

If you want to install and use the FreeStyle LibreLink — US app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:
Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac
Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App >> . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac
Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.
Step 3: for PC — Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 / 11
Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type FreeStyle LibreLink — US in the search bar and press Search. Click on FreeStyle LibreLink — USapplication icon. A window of FreeStyle LibreLink — US on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called «All Apps».
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.
Step 4: for Mac OS

The steps to use FreeStyle LibreLink — US for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

How to download and install FreeStyle LibreLink on Windows 11
To use mobile apps on your Windows 11, you need to install the Amazon Appstore. Once it’s set up, you’ll be able to browse and install mobile apps from a curated catalogue. If you want to run android apps on your Windows 11, this guide is for you.
Steps to setup your pc and download FreeStyle LibreLink app on Windows 11:
- Check if your computer is compatible: Here are the minimum requirements:
- RAM: 8GB (minimum), 16GB (recommended)

- Go to the Amazon App store and search for «FreeStyle LibreLink». Open the app page by clicking the app icon. Click «Install». After installation, Click «Open» to start using the FreeStyle LibreLink app.
To find FreeStyle LibreLink Android app on Windows 11 after you install it, Go to Start menu » Recommended section. If you can’t find the FreeStyle LibreLink app there, click on «All apps» next to the pinned section in the Start menu and scroll through the list.

Update (August 16, 2019): I’ve been using the app consistently for a while. It’s great and functions as intended — so no complaints there. One feature I would request that you have is the option to add a widget in the area accessible from the lock screen (without unlocking the phone). Here’s the idea: give me an instant-check widget that I (or anyone else) can get to without unlocking my iPhone. They don’t need full access to the app, but it should be enough for them to just use the widget and take a quick reading to make sure I’m not in the red, basically to do an instant blood-sugar level check without seeing any other info (like trends or logbooks). The only info the widget needs to display is the current blood-sugar level at the time of scanning (and a RED indicator if it’s too high or too low). For more info, the phone should need to be unlocked. ** Original review: I love this app. It’s not buggy at all, and actually feels like thought, time, and effort has been put into making it and polishing it out before release. So, thank you for not phoning it in. A few suggestions for the next version: Touch ID, Face ID, and/or passcode lock (at least the option to do so) would be nice. Also, since iPhones beyond the X models mostly use OLED panels (the XR being the exception), a “dark” theme is important, so please consider adding it as soon as possible. Not only does it not blind me in the dark, on some iPhone models, it may actually conserve battery life.

I actually have been a type 1 diabetic since I was 7 years old, I am now 25 and work for a family practice that deals with a lot of type 2 and type 1 diabetics. I have showed a lot of patients this product after I tested it out myself, and the doctors I work for have written a lot prescriptions for this item and have actually had me come into the room with them and the patient to inform them and show them how this product works. The doctors I work for have told me to contact the company for more information on insurance coverage, drug rep information to report back to patients and even becoming either a sponsor or something involved in this company because I truly do believe this will make any diabetics life easier as it has made mine. I work for a very busy practice and am very forgetful, this monitor has made my life that much easier and my Hemoglobin A1C come down from 9.2 to 7.8 within 3 months (this glucose monitor has a reminder setting that will alarm you within 1-2 hours to retest your blood sugar once you apply that setting) I highly recommend this product and can honestly say it has made managing my type 1 diabetes’s more reasonable.
Best thing so far for glucose monitoring
I have been type 1 for 10 years and have to say that this app allows me freedom in ways I have not seen anywhere else so far. Instead of manually poking my finger for a blood reading, the scanning is painless, easy and allows notes for food, insulin, etc.. I have two constructive criticisms. The 12 hours that I am without reading during scanning makes me anxious. As funny as it sounds, I have come to love seeing the entire readings as it brings a new level of insight to managing my BS. So if there is a way to start syncing a new sensor 12 hours prior to the existing one expiring to have no gap in readings that would be great. The second suggestion is that I would love to see an Apple Watch app that displayed the BS reading when scanning. I have never used a dexcom or other continuous BS monitor as all of those are considered medical devices and is a different insurance deductible and is way too costly to obtain. The freestyle libre reader is great for me because it is considered a pharmacy benefit and is actually cheaper than buying a month worth of test strips for manual checking. Keep it up and keep innovating!
Very Inaccurate & Inconsistent
I’m a type II diabetic recovering from open heart surgery. My docs want my glucose readings to be within a set “constant carbs” parameters which means a lot of finger sticking. We are trying the 10 day Freestyle Libra system and comparing the readings against my Ultra Onetouch glucose meter readings. The Freestyle Libra readings are so far removed from the Onetouch readings as to make it unusable for valid glucose measurements. Very disappointed in this system. I cannot make a direct correlation of the difference between the two systems. Sometimes the difference is 10 mg between the two and at other times the difference has been as much as 70 mg. The Freestyle system cannot seem to tell if my glucose is going up or down. It also cannot hold more that 8 hours of data which means I miss significant data at night. Nor can I set my upper or lower limits for glucose levels. The only “alarm” the it sends to my phone is when the 8 hours from last scan is up. I have had three significant hypo events that it did not acknowledge. The same with hyper events out of my target zone: no alarm. A scan is required to get any data whatsoever out of the system. This is an expensive system that most insurances won’t pay for. Being grossly inaccurate makes it pretty much worthless.
